The packaging was elegant and felt like a luxury product, but the price point is on the higher side, so I think it’s something to invest in slowly.

Customer service was helpful when I reached out about a missing sample, which made the experience better overall. I’d say Vine Vera works best if you are specifically searching for anti-aging creams with visible texture improvement.

Unfortunately, my experience with Vine Vera’s customer service wasn’t great. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative seemed uninformed about their products.
