I was nervous about trying retinol because my skin complains about EVERYTHING. Press Restart has actually been surprisingly manageable. Started twice a week, then slowly moved up, and apart from a little dryness around my nose in the beginning I haven’t had much irritation. My skin texture feels smoother now. Very beginner-friendly experience for me.
I wanted a simple routine that wouldn’t eat up my entire paycheck, and Versed has been great for that. The products are easy to understand and I haven’t felt like I need twelve different things just to have decent skin. My bathroom shelf is finally looking normal again lol.
Honestly, this is one of the easiest skincare brands for me to use. The products don’t make my routine feel complicated, and I like that I can mix and match without spending a fortune. My skin feels moisturized and looks more even.
I’m still torn if I should continue with their products as I’m experiencing redness on my cheeks a few days after using. I don’t know if it’s a side effect or if it’s normal
