The first thing that caught my attention with Veronique Gabai was how beautiful everything looked. It definitely feels like a luxury purchase. The product I tried had a lovely texture and made my skin feel soft, but I kept thinking about the price every time I used it. I enjoyed it, just not enough to make it a regular splurge.
I liked the sleek packaging and the idea behind Verso’s retinol products, but my experience was pretty average. The serum felt a little sticky and I didn’t notice enough of a difference to make me want to repurchase, especially at the price point.
I appreciate the clean, understated approach from Veronique Gabai. The products are pleasant and easy to use, but the overall range feels limited, and I didn’t find anything that made me think, “I absolutely need this again.”
The bottle itself is gorgeous on my vanity, but the juice inside has zero staying power. Within 45 minutes of spraying it on my neck and wrists, the scent completely evaporates into nothing. It doesn’t even leave a subtle skin scent.
