I like that Typology keeps the branding clean and doesn’t make skincare look unnecessarily complicated. Sometimes I just want to know what a product does and whether it makes sense for my skin. The minimalist approach is appealing, although I’d still check the formulas carefully. Simple packaging doesn’t automatically mean simple ingredients! I’d probably start with one product rather than completely rebuilding my routine.
I appreciate brands that make me stop and think about what I actually need instead of convincing me that my entire face requires an emergency renovation. Typology’s minimalist, ingredient-focused approach is appealing for that reason. I like the idea of building a routine around specific concerns and keeping the number of products manageable. My hesitation would be choosing the right formula without getting overwhelmed by ingredient names and percentages. Also, minimalist packaging is lovely, but the product still has to perform. I’d start with one item that fits a clear need, give it time, and decide from there. No more buying five new serums in one emotionally vulnerable evening.
I’m at the point where I don’t want twelve different bottles on my bathroom counter. I want to know what I’m putting on my face, use it consistently, and get on with my day. Typology appeals to me because the branding and ingredient-focused approach feel straightforward rather than overly flashy. I like the minimalist packaging, too; it looks nice without screaming for attention. Results have felt gradual rather than dramatic, which is fine by me. I do wish choosing products were a little easier, though, because an ingredient list can only tell me so much about how something will actually behave on MY skin.

I was introduced to iS Clinical through a facial and ended up taking one of the products home because, apparently, I have no ability to say no when someone tells me my skin needs something. 😂 It feels much more treatment-focused than the skincare I usually buy, so I started slowly. My skin has looked smoother, but I definitely had to resist the urge to pile on other actives at the same time. Patience, unfortunately, is required.
The aluminum tubes are an absolute nightmare to use. Once you squeeze them halfway, they crack along the seams and leak product everywhere in your bag.
I ordered the tinted serum after seeing endless ads on social media promising lightweight coverage and hydration. The shade matching guide on their site was completely inaccurate, the shade I received was way more orange than pictured online.
I like the minimalist approach and the products are pleasant enough. My problem is that I kept expecting a more noticeable change after using them consistently. Nothing went wrong, but I eventually went back to some of my old staples.

I’ve been using the skincare line for about 1 month and I’m beyond impressed. My skin has never looked or felt better. I’ve used ever high end (and non) line available and nothing has worked as well as Typology has. I’m so impressed. Maybe is because I had older/mature skin.. but wow. Just amazing.
