Bought this after my wife kept borrowing mine. 😂 That’s when I realized I probably needed my own. It’s become part of my routine after long days, especially when I’ve been sitting at a desk forever. I didn’t expect to use it this often, but here we are.
My Therabody device has been great for relaxing tight muscles after a long day. It’s easy to use and gives me a noticeable feeling of relief without needing much time.
I originally bought it for post-workout recovery, but now everyone in the house borrows it. The battery lasts longer than I expected, even with multiple people using it.
The TheraFace PRO is an absolute triumph of wellness technology. The percussion attachments are incredible for releasing tension in my jaw from TMJ, and the microcurrent ring gives an immediate lifting effect before a night out. It is an exceptionally well-made, versatile device.
I bit the bullet and invested in the TheraFace mask advanced after seeing it all over my feed, and I have to say, the results are completely worth the eye watering price tag. The combination of red light therapy and the gentle vibration massage around the eyes is incredibly relaxing after a long day at work.
My complaint is that the attachments are easy to misplace and the overall system feels overpriced once you start buying accessories.
I carry my Theragun mini in my work backpack and I used it on my shoulders after back-to-back meetings one afternoon. People in the break room asked what the buzzing thing was. It definitely loosened up the knots before i sat through another 2 hours of spreadsheets. Battery died once mid-week so gotta charge it more.
I bought Therabody attachments on sale at Christmas. They are pretty good but I thought they would be stronger. Still useful, but not mind blowing for the price even with the promo.
Bought the Therabody face tool thinking it would be relaxing and good for circulation. The thing is loud and heavy and after a few weeks it started rattling like something inside got loose. Customer support told me to ship it back but I had to pay shipping myself which kinda annoyed me.
Also, I didn’t notice any improvement in puffiness or tone. It’s basically a fancy vibrating device. The idea is nice but the result is not. My cheap jade roller feels better. I regret spending that much honestly.
The theragun relaxes me after exercise, erases muscle sore but battery life is short.

Battery life isn’t fantastic on high setting and the charger cables are long and a little bulky.
