I carry my Theragun mini in my work backpack and I used it on my shoulders after back-to-back meetings one afternoon. People in the break room asked what the buzzing thing was. It definitely loosened up the knots before i sat through another 2 hours of spreadsheets. Battery died once mid-week so gotta charge it more.
I bought Therabody attachments on sale at Christmas. They are pretty good but I thought they would be stronger. Still useful, but not mind blowing for the price even with the promo.
Bought the Therabody face tool thinking it would be relaxing and good for circulation. The thing is loud and heavy and after a few weeks it started rattling like something inside got loose. Customer support told me to ship it back but I had to pay shipping myself which kinda annoyed me.
Also, I didn’t notice any improvement in puffiness or tone. It’s basically a fancy vibrating device. The idea is nice but the result is not. My cheap jade roller feels better. I regret spending that much honestly.
The theragun relaxes me after exercise, erases muscle sore but battery life is short.
