I’ve tried several of Tarte’s eye palettes and blushes and have been impressed; very good pigment, blends well, and the feel is satisfying. On the flip side, their skincare line (which I tested) didn’t seem as strong for my skin type. So I think this brand is great for makeup more than serious skin treatments.

covers dark circles without creasing if I use a damp sponge. A little goes a long way.
