got the T3 hair dryer and flat iron during a sale because people said it’s life changing. Maybe mine’s defective or something but it doesn’t dry faster than my old Revlon one. It’s loud, the buttons are awkwardly placed, and it shuts off randomly sometimes. I also hate that the cord twists up no matter what I do.
The straightener looks fancy but pulls my hair a bit and doesn’t make it as sleek as I hoped. Like I can still feel some frizz after 10 minutes. Maybe it works better for thinner hair but mine’s thick and it just doesn’t perform like they claim. At that price point it should be perfect, not “eh okay.”
