I liked the minimal packaging and the whole microbiome story sounded cool but I didn’t really see much change. I bought their oil and cleanser and honestly they felt nice but that’s about it. The oil is super runny and just sits on top of my skin. It doesn’t really sink in, so I’d wake up with that greasy film. The cleanser is fine but the smell kinda reminds me of olives left out too long lol.
Also, customer service was slow to respond when my order came leaking. It took them a week to answer and then they only sent me a small replacement bottle. For the price point I was expecting something that would at least make my skin glow or feel softer but nah. I think I got more from a $10 rosehip oil off Amazon.

The texture is oily, so careful if you’re prone to breakouts.

Experienced redness and itching on first application but with continuous use, I’m beginning to see positive results.
