They were so unhelpful on the phone, the girl I talked to said there are no refunds and that I can’t return the product, which was very bad for my skin, and can’t recommend them.

I swear there are better and cheaper products compared to this that was not really doing any physical changes on my skin.

The product is okay but I am not really a fan of the packaging. Hope it gets improvements

I used their Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel, and it made my skin glow. However, it’s a bit drying, so I use it sparingly.

I used their eye patches and the little mask in a jar and both are really nice. My skin feels super fresh after. Not sure if it’s like permanent changes but for a spa night or when my skin looks tired, these help. Wish the jars were bigger!

Some of their masks are amazing (love the Pumpkin Enzyme one!), but others, like the Cloud Cream Moisturizer, didn’t work for my skin. It made me break out a little. Overall, they have some great products, but not everything is a hit.

The products feel good on the skin, but I wouldn’t say they’re life-changing. They’re just okay.

The Peeling Gel is effective but a bit drying

It’s a bit expensive, but a little goes a long way, so the jar lasts a while

It’s a good moisturizer but doesn’t justify the steep price for me

Their Cucumber Gel Mask is soothing and refreshing. It’s great for a cooling effect after sun exposure

PTR’s products didn’t do anything for me. I tried the masks and moisturizers, and my skin looked exactly the same after a few weeks. Not worth the money
