Customer service was polite but slow when I asked about a replacement product. The wait time for responses was disappointing.
My esthetician switched me to Osmosis Beauty when I was dealing with random breakouts. The Rescue serum actually calmed my redness within a week which shocked me. The smell is kinda earthy but I got used to it. Skin looks more even now. I’m impressed honestly.
Not a perfect 5 because I believe it still needs improvements on the product itself.
