I’ve had good experiences with Murad and one or two that were just okay. The product I tried this time felt nice and fit easily into my routine, but the results were pretty subtle. I wouldn’t tell someone not to buy it—I just wouldn’t rush out to repurchase it either.

I don’t know much about skincare but my friend Jenny told me to try the Murad Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum. Been using it for a couple months now and I think my dark spots are lighter? Not gone-gone but better. It stings a little sometimes, not gonna lie. Expensive too… like I had to run a few extra miles just to justify buying it again. Still, it works decent so I guess I’ll keep at it.

I used a Murad acne gel for a few weeks and it dried out the spots but also my cheeks got flaky and painful. I tried moisturizer with it but didnt fix the dryness. Maybe its too strong for sensitive skin. Might work for others but I had to stop.

Some of their products worked well for me, but others were too strong and caused slight irritation. A mixed experience overall.
I was worried about using a Vitamin C and a glycolic acid together, but this formula is surprisingly gentle. It really helped with the dullness and some of my post-acne dark spots. My skin looks so much brighter and more even-toned. It has a great creamy texture, not sticky at all, and it sits perfectly under my moisturizer and sunscreen. I did get a slight tingling at first, but that went away fast. The only reason it’s not a 5 is the price—it’s a bit steep for the bottle size.
The moisturizer was okay, but nothing extraordinary compared to cheaper brands.

I used their Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture Cream—it hydrates, sure, but didn’t give me that ‘wow’ glow. Nice feel, but I didn’t see dramatic skin improvement after a month.
