Mama Mio is one of those body-care brands that made me realize I’m much better at taking care of my face than the rest of me. 😂 I started using the body products more regularly and really liked how rich and moisturized my skin felt afterward. The creams are definitely on the richer side, so I prefer using them at night when I’m not immediately trying to put jeans on. There’s something nice about making body care part of my evening routine instead of treating it like a five-second chore. I wouldn’t say I need every product in the range, but I’ve found a couple that I genuinely enjoy keeping around.
I started using Mama Mio during a period when my skin needed more moisture and I wanted something that felt a bit more comforting. The body products are rich without being impossible to spread, and I especially like using them after a shower. I did find some of the products a little pricey for everyday use, but the textures are lovely.
Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with the Tummy Rub Oil. The bottle design is terrible, it leaks everywhere around the pump mechanism, so half the expensive product got wasted on my nightstand. On top of that, it takes nearly 45 minutes to absorb, which means it constantly transfers onto my clothes and ruins my pajama set.

Tried Mama Mio’s balm hoping to prevent stretch marks, but I’m not sure it made a difference. The skin felt smoother after application but later in the day it felt dry again. If anything, I felt like I needed to apply it too often to get a minimal effect. Not bad, but for me the effect was mild.
