Zero stars! I was overcharged and Lancome reps will not acknowledge which is THEFT. Purchased RNG Triple serum ” Buy one take one” promotion 3/20/26. Received 2 of .67 bottles that retail for $77 each! Reps wont help, they are trained to get us frustrated and not make good on their products; Two of the $77 bottles retail wouldn’t cost what I was charged.
Yes, I received my subscription products with seals broken and a big dip taken put of one. No idea if contaminated. Tried to get some kind of contact or response in various ways, to replace it.
Because of such frustration, I cancelled my subscription and dont plan to purchase again.
Finally found a way to get the receipt and ask for a refund on their site. Charged me 10 bucks for shipping both ways.
Whatever they got going on, customer service line cancelled, chat doesn’t understand, no possible way to replace the item, I cant be a customer til you figure it out. I’ve used lanvomr for probably 20 years or more, 5 via the website. Slow decent. I was patient during the crazy time, but I’ve got better things to do than waste my time.
When I tried to return a product, the customer service team kept redirecting me without clear answers. The process took way longer than it should have.
Might as well just spent the money on other unnecessary things

Tried Advanced Génifique Serum and Rénergie Lift Cream after getting samples first. serum made my skin softer almost immediately and makeup looked smoother too. Lift cream was rich but maybe little too perfumey for me. Packaging is beautiful tho, felt expensive sitting on my bathroom counter haha. Would probably repurchase the serum but not the cream.

Ok Lancôme foundation is legit so good. I bought it for my cousins wedding and wore it all day in the heat. Didnt cake or slide off. I usually have super combo skin and this didnt clog my pores. My friend even asked what I used. Only problem I had was picking the right shade online and had to exchange once but customer svc was nice.
New Lancôme regenerate cream is a new formula and absolute garbage. Works and feels the same as neutrons, and Olay L’Oréal same company as Lancôme is also a waste of money and the most expensive drugstore skincare.
