I had the facial done on July 4, 2025 in Kedma salon in the Philippines during my vacation. They told me I can still use my Lancome Day and Night cream which I have been using for 25yrs. So, I purchased the Kedma peel mask and collagen as well as the Protectio Zero Gravity device. The next day my face itched and continued for 3 days. I called my beauty consultant in Nordstrom here in the US for advice when the itch became so intense and was advised not use this Kedma product and to return them ( still in unopened boxes ). Much to my disgust, the manager refused the return. When I got home ( CA) on July 10th I tried to call the 800 number for Kedma in FL, left messages. No reply yet. I also called Kedma Cosmetics BBB Business Profile number but no answer. So now, it looks like I am stucked with this product and device that I can’t use and a loss of $1,400 or P72,000 pesos.

I got sucked into trying Kedma after a pushy sales pitch at the mall. I was hopeful because the scrub felt nice at first, but after a few days, my skin completely freaked out. I broke out on my cheeks and forehead, places I don’t usually get pimples. It took me weeks to get my skin back to normal. Honestly, it was not worth the price or the drama.
Terrible experience with customer service at KEDMA. I couldn’t get clear answers about a return, and they were not responsive at all.
Nice packaging and texture. Works okay for hydration.

I tried Eva Naturals shampoo and conditioner set on a random sale and wow I didnt expect it to be this good. My scalp felt cleaner and my hair didnt get greasy as fast after few uses. Its natural stuff so I wasnt scared to try it and it kinda worked for my sensitive scalp. One thing tho I got the scent that was way stronger than I thought and nearly gave me a headache first time. After that I switched to unscented version and its been chill. Would buy again. (Also my sis said her curls looked bigger lol)
I bought Kedma Dead Sea products after reading positive things about minerals from the sea. I specifically chose the Kedma Dead Sea Mud Mask for deep cleaning. It was gritty and I expected tight pores but instead I got irritation around my cheeks afterward. Maybe I left it on too long but I followed instructions.
The lotion I tried smelled okay but did not absorb quickly and left a sticky feeling which I did not like. I appreciate that some people may have great results but sadly this brand did not work well with my sensitive skin. I might try a different product next time or check reviews more before ordering again.
Ordering online was easy and shipping was fast. Some products are expensive but they work well.
I am never falling for a sale offer at the mall ever again because it somehow just irritated my skin after a few days of purchase.
Kedma’s Gold facial cream felt amazing on the skin
Any product that contains gold feels like a scam to me. Maybe it is effective on others but i highly doubt that the gold had anything to do with it.
Their Gold Facial Mask was surprisingly good. I didn’t expect much, but my skin looked glowy and fresh after the first use. Pricey, yes, but it felt luxurious.

Random dude in the mall rubbed some cream on my hand and I swear it erased 10 years of crustiness. Bought it impulsively (wallet still cries), but it DOES work. The Dead Sea minerals hit diff.
That eye cream is a game changer. Puffiness gone and my under-eyes look so much brighter!
I appreciate its soothing effect and non-sticky feel, it left my hands softer and healthier.
My daughter gave me a set from Kedma to try. I’ve used it for a couple of weeks now. The facial peel is alright; it does make my skin feel smooth, but it didn’t give me any miraculous results. It’s a bit too much for my budget, though. Might look for something more affordable

I initially thought this product was just “okay” when I tried it in the store. After using it for a year, I find it way too greasy and honestly not worth the purchase. I wouldn’t recommend it.
All of their products are great in general. However, I just had an allergic reaction using their Dead Sea Pimple Care

I’ve been using the lifting serum for a week now, and I did notice that my skin looks quite a bit softer. However, the product is really expensive for my skincare routine.
