I bought Juliette Has a Gun because I wanted a perfume that didn’t smell like every other bottle sitting on the department store counter. The first spray was honestly a little confusing—I wasn’t sure if I loved it or needed time to understand it. 😂 Then I wore it out, and someone asked what I was wearing. Suddenly I understood. I love fragrances that have a bit of personality and don’t feel overly predictable. I blind-bought Lust for Sun expecting a high-end tropical coconut scent. Instead, it smells like plastic floral car air freshener. To make matters worse, the metal atomizer on my 100ml bottle leaks around the neck every single time I press it down, leaving perfume oil running down my fingers and wasting expensive juice.
I smelled this on a friend and immediately asked what she was wearing. That pretty much explains the purchase. 😂 It has become one of those fragrances I reach for when I want to feel a little more put together without going overboard. Definitely glad I followed my nose on this one.
