It’s $350 to sit there looking like Iron Man with a charging cable that breaks every other week. And when it does work, the “glow” is so subtle you’d need night vision goggles to see it. I’ll stick to a $15 face mask and good lighting, thanks.

It’s relaxing and warms up nicely, but I found it tricky to position comfortably. The zipped pouch is helpful for storage, though.

I tried the infrared sauna blanket, and it makes me feel relaxed, detoxed, and even helps my sleep. It’s bulky to store, but the results are worth it.

The glow serum Gives a nice glow and feels lightweight on the skin. Works well under LED light, but even on its own, it makes my skin look fresh. A bit pricey, but a solid serum if you’re into light therapy.
