I first encountered Guinot at a spa and they used it during a facial. I liked the creamy mask so much I bought a tube to use at home. My face feels smooth and looks less red after I use it. Its not cheap but once a week pampering feels worth it. Some products seemed too rich for summer so I just use them in colder months. Nice brand with good results.
For me, Guinot feels like a brand that delivers good short-term glam, but lacks in long-term “substance over flash.” Also, given the price point, I expected more robustness in packaging and a more modern aesthetic. Decent, but not exceptional.
Not bad for the price
So light, yet so hydrating I love the positive glow it gives me. The sturdy pump works like a charm, and the design feels ultra-luxe.
The cream moisturizes and softens skin as ordinary creams in the market, but I love the subtle/pleasant smell of it.
I’ve used their salon facials before and bought the Hydra Sensitive Cream. It really soothed my redness.
