If product develops a fault within warranty period it is virtually impossible to get a replacement. Emails won’t get you a reply. You can’t call because they have no number. Warranty is just to make you feel good, make you think you are buying from a reputable company. But once again another company that had no intention of fulfilling their promises. Con artists in fact.

Item bought in UK with a one year warranty. Fault develops after 6 months. Glo24.com customer service said replacement Glo24k beauty device has to be sent from the USA, and the courier cost is 50 dollars. Item cost 100 pounds. 50 dollars is what it costs to make and ship the item to.the UK. So I am once again paying for the item, 50 dollars is not just courier costs. I will not pay that much. Rip off company. Beware that the year long warranty is for show. So if you buy from UK and a fault develops they will say they do not have any UK stock (even though they sell on many UK shopping channels they say they have no UK stock) and that they have to send replacement device from the USA. Be warned. To be prewarned is to be prearmed.
