If product develops a fault within warranty period it is virtually impossible to get a replacement. Emails won’t get you a reply. You can’t call because they have no number. Warranty is just to make you feel good, make you think you are buying from a reputable company. But once again another company that had no intention of fulfilling their promises. Con artists in fact.
After using their product and seeing no results, I reached out to Glo24K for a refund. They ignored my emails and calls. Terrible customer service.
I tried a Glo24K mask during a spa day. It was cooling and my skin had a nice glow after using it. which made me purchase one to use at home.

I bought a Glo24K face cream cuz the packaging looked fancy and I thought hey gold sounds cool. At first it felt nice and creamy but after a couple weeks I wasnt sure it did much. My face looked about the same and it was a bit heavy for summer weather. My buddy asked if I switched to a richer night cream so maybe it made me look a bit healthier but Im not totally convinced. Also I got a tiny rash once and had to stop using it for a few days. Not terrible but not worth the hype imo.
It’s cute. It’s fun. But I’m not sure it does anything special. It made my skin feel hydrated and soft, but the “gold” thing is mostly just for looks in my opinion. I did like it under makeup though, it gave a smooth base. I’m on the fence.
Glo24k eye serum is my fav find this year. I was starting get fine lines under my eyes and looked tired all time. After about 3 weeks using this every night i noticed smoother skin and less dark circles. My sis even commented i look less tired lol. Only thing is tiny bottle so i worry it wont last long before i need refill. But worth it for me.
Glo24k mask looked cool but didn’t do anything for my skin. It was hard to wash off and left a film that irritated me. I thought it might brighten but I saw zero change. Not worth the hype.
Sorry to say but this is one of the worst brands I have encountered so far.
Item bought in UK with a one year warranty. Fault develops after 6 months. Glo24.com customer service said replacement Glo24k beauty device has to be sent from the USA, and the courier cost is 50 dollars. Item cost 100 pounds. 50 dollars is what it costs to make and ship the item to.the UK. So I am once again paying for the item, 50 dollars is not just courier costs. I will not pay that much. Rip off company. Beware that the year long warranty is for show. So if you buy from UK and a fault develops they will say they do not have any UK stock (even though they sell on many UK shopping channels they say they have no UK stock) and that they have to send replacement device from the USA. Be warned. To be prewarned is to be prearmed.
Eye cream was good imo and some 24K mask was relaxing and gave me that instant-glow look.
It feels refreshing after use but I don’t think it is really working for me.
Not really a big fan of gold infused products but I think I would make this an exception. It has tightened my pores and made my skin glow.
You guys better stop falling for products that contain gold because it feels like it is only made for clout chasing.
How is having gild on your skincare product a good thing? I started having breakouts after 3 days. Never using your products again.
