Dermalogica is a brand I’d look into when I want to be a little more deliberate about my skincare routine. I’m interested in products that address specific concerns, particularly when it comes to cleansing and improving the look and feel of skin texture. But I wouldn’t automatically assume that a stronger treatment is better. Exfoliating products need to be used according to their directions, and overdoing them can leave skin uncomfortable. I’d start with one product suited to my skin type and avoid changing everything at once. The main drawback for me would be the cost of maintaining a routine with several products. I’d rather invest in a few useful essentials than buy the entire range.
The microfoliant powder itself leaves my face feeling silky and noticeably brightens my complexion without being overly harsh. However, the bottle design in the shower is a total disaster.
