I was hesitant to try dermaplaning at home, but the luxe device makes it foolproof. It cleanly shaves off all my peach fuzz and dead skin. My serums absorb twice as fast now, and liquid foundation glides on like glass.
The first few uses gave me incredibly smooth skin, but the ongoing cost of replacement edges is hard to ignore. The device itself works, but I don’t love feeling locked into buying proprietary refills. For me, the long-term cost takes away from the convenience.

The proprietary replacement blades for the Dermaflash device are an absolute no no. They lock the device so you can only use their expensive single-use edge refills, which go dull halfway through doing your face.
