I ordered an intimate wellness product from Dame online and the quality control is incredibly poor. The charging port completely broke and recessed into the medical grade silicone casing after only three uses, making it completely impossible to recharge.

The bottle arrived leaking all inside the shipping box because the cap doesn’t seal tightly enough to hold low viscosity oils. The product itself is fine, but when you lose a fifth of an expensive, premium product to cardboard absorption before you even get to use it, it’s incredibly disappointing. Their customer service team has been very slow to issue a replacement.
