My scalp and I have a complicated relationship, so I’m always suspicious of anything promising to make my hair feel amazing. I tried Christophe Robin and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and fresh my hair felt afterward. The first product I used was a little too much for me, but I found another one that worked better. Expensive, yes. But my hairdresser did ask what I’d been using, so I felt slightly smug about that. 😂
I enjoyed the salon-like experience of Christophe Robin products, especially the textures and scents. My hair looked good after using them, but I didn’t feel the results were dramatically better than some cheaper haircare I’ve tried. I’d consider repurchasing a favorite, but not the entire range.
It cleanses deep product buildup and grease like nothing else, leaving my hair feeling weightless and bouncy for days. A little tub lasts a long time because a small dab lathers up heavily. That said, it can be very stripping if you use it more than once a week, so you definitely need to follow up with a rich deep conditioner on your ends.

The coarse sea salt chunks in this scrub are massive and incredibly difficult to rinse out completely if you have dense, long hair. It is also incredibly harsh and stripped the expensive salon hair dye right out of my strands, turning my fresh color brassy in a single wash.
