I’ve struggled with keratosis pilaris on my arms forever. Ameliorate’s Transforming Body Lotion is the only thing that made a visible difference. I don’t love the smell (kind of clinical), but the lactic acid really smooths bumps without irritation. Bonus: works great on elbows and heels too.
