I purchased the “Hyaluronic Acid Aqua Booster” serum from the brand 111SKIN and the experience was awful. Right from the first use, I noticed a strange, unpleasant smell — like damp clothes that were left wet for too long. The scent is absolutely disgusting and unbearable when applied to the face. This is nothing like what you’d expect from a high-end skincare product, especially considering the extremely high price.
I contacted 111SKIN’s customer service and, after several emails, the only thing they asked for was photos of the entire bottle. They told me the batch was fine and valid until 2026 — as if that somehow solved the issue. They clearly didn’t care at all that the product was obviously defective. They completely washed their hands of the matter and refused to take any responsibility just because I hadn’t purchased it directly from their online store, even though the product was brand new and unopened.
Honestly, it’s disgraceful that a luxury brand like this doesn’t stand behind the quality of its products or show any care for its customers. The serum smells bad, seems spoiled, and is absolutely unusable. Their customer service was dismissive and disappointing.
I absolutely do not recommend this brand — neither for the quality of the products nor for the way they treat customers. A huge letdown.
Alright, I splurged on the 111Skin Rose Gold Brightening Facial Mask, and it was worth every penny. It feels like a spa treatment at home—the mask is luxurious and fits my face perfectly. After using it, my skin was glowing and felt super hydrated. I even noticed my fine lines around my eyes looked less pronounced. It’s definitely a treat-yourself product, but if you’re looking for something indulgent that really works, I’d say go for it!
This brand is all hype and no substance. The salesperson was extremely pushy, trying to upsell me on products I didn’t even need. On top of that, the serum bottle was barely full, and after just a few uses, nothing would come out. When I opened it up, it was already half empty! Definitely not worth the price.
The Y Theorem Repair Serum has a silky texture and feels lightweight on the skin. It’s hydrating and layers well with other products in my routine. However, after using it consistently for a month, I didn’t notice significant changes in my skin’s tone or texture. It’s a decent serum, but the high price tag makes it hard to recommend when there are more affordable options with better results.
